We connected with Cael through Angi, he poorly installed our attic ladder and “fixed” our shed roof. When installing our attic ladder he used thin decking screws instead of the large bolts that came with the ladder, which made it unstable, we didn’t feel safe climbing up it let alone hauling stuff up to our attic. When he fixed our shed roof, I’m struggling to list what he did correct, the roof has no overhang, so we had to install drip edging, he was going to charge $400 for just the installation, he didn’t secure whatever patches he put up there, and they fly up every time it’s windy, there’s no shingles. Afterwards, when we talked to him about the poor job he did, he got really arrogant and he lied; he claimed the reason he couldn’t install the bolts in the ladder was because he didn’t

They were great! They got our back deck built, a pergola overtop, and helped us install our outdoor kitchen! Totally recommend them! - on time - quality work - completed in under estimated time - was super easy to keep track of everything on their website.

Fast A/C air duct replacement. So wonderful to have water condensation drip gone from vents and cold air gushing from those vents instead. He laid new ceramic tile on our bathroom floor to go with the ceiling replacement using stained rustic wood panels. Our large deck surrounding our pool looks new again thanks to his pressure washing and new stain. Next on our agenda, Cael will be taking down 2 weight bearing walls between our kitchen and hall, and adding a support beam. We're so excited to have an open concept downstairs! Will update on that project later. We our extremely happy with everything and can't wait for Cael's next work and future work concepts! Oh! We hired Oceanside to install a home automation and security system, not only did they do that, they installed a custom home automation system that uses ai to answer tons of questions and can inform us when people come and go, it’s awesome! Thanks so much guys!
