The 3 technicians from Oceanside were awesome. Very polite & courteous. I was amazed at their organization and worked well together. I would go down & check periodically & that didn't bother them at all. This was a 11 1/2 hour day for them and when I mentioned it their response was it's part of the job. Thank you for a great job.

With this last emergency call, Oceanside may be getting removed from my “naughty” list. I was truly appreciative of their quick response. Travis, who responded to my call, really knows his stuff and has a world of experience. He was very thorough in confirming he got the system back up and running. And was extremely gracious and professional in explaining the problem to me. All in all, l am very happy with the service provided. Well done Oceanside!!

Robert (Bob) Baccichi provided outstanding plumbing service and I highly recommend him. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything so I fully understood the issue and the solution. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond, he didn’t just fix the problem, he made sure the work was done with great care and quality. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and wants his customers to feel comfortable and confident. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, I would absolutely call Robert again for any future plumbing needs.

Anthony was our repair man. Came when he said, explained everything, personable, and respectful. He cleaned the area before leaving and I would use this company again! I needed to speak to the office in reference to my bill. I spoke with Matt and we discussed my issues with my bill and I have to say he handled it correctly and efficiently. It was a great experience working with Oceanside Home Services. I called in the morning, and a technician was onsite by the afternoon. Both technicians, Jay and Max, were clearly knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain their process, and they treated my broken heat with urgency and care. Overall, an excellent experience—I’ll gladly recommend them and Oceanside.
