John Ochoa was outstanding to work with from start to finish. His after hours customer service alone sets him apart he was consistently responsive, proactive, and available when it mattered most. Questions were answered quickly, communication was clear, and nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked. His inspection reports were extremely thorough, well organized, and easy to understand, which made it simple for both the buyer and seller to move forward with confidence. Turnaround times were impressively fast, and he went above and beyond by offering to expedite the inspection over the weekend in an effort to keep the closing on schedule. I had a great experience with this John! He was extremely professional, polite, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. I’d been struggling with ants for weeks and tried multiple products with no luck. As soon as he arrived, he quickly identified exactly where the ants were coming from and explained everything clearly. He handled the problem efficiently. Excellent quality service — I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pest issues!

I gave five stars to Ochoa brothers on this post but wish I could give more because their service is beyond excellent! They are top notch! I had a terrible rat infestation/problem in my chicken coop, and John diligently, patiently, and methodically help me work through solutions to eradicate every last one. He also gave great advice and did some extras to help me prevent future problems and deter them from coming back. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

Fast, friendly, great communication. John Ochoa came out, figured out most likely new entry points to explain sounds in attic. ( Attic had been completely cleaned out six years ago and we’ve had no issues until last month.) John knows how rats think! He surmised one found its way in, we plugged the likely entry points, and the rat was caught that first night. John made two follow up visits and no more issues.

Professional, Punctual, and right on time! Thank you Ochoa Bros! I appreciate John and his knowledge! We had an issue that came out of no where and luckily we caught it early.
