I called for him to finish our garage in which we did pay for~ However, when I called him, he said he would come on Saturday...That was nearly a year ago. George, never showed up nor did he ever call me back to reschedule~ Disappointing. This is the pest control company you've been looking for!! I had a very bad flea infestation from cats in the street. The company is cheap, fast, and reliable. I met Elijah after setting up the appointment which he called in advance to confirm. He was quick, courteous, and a true professional. He killed the flea problem with a very effective spray and even came back for a reservice (30 day guarantee) for free! Look no further, these are THE pest control guys.

Worst company ever, their owner was disrespectful and rude after I complained about their poison not working. He came to my house and realize I was right. They issued a refund but it took 3-4 weeks. Dealing with them was a waste of time

I have used terminal and O'Connor Pest Control services for over 10 years and have found the entire crew and office staff to be courteous, prompt, and very responsive.
