O'Connor's Carpet One Floor & Home

O'Connors did everything in their power to redo the floors to almost my entire house before I moved in and they look absolutely gorgeous! My only minor gripe would be that they installed metal transition pieces instead of the more expensive matching ones I bought without asking me, but they didn't charge me for the metal ones and the logic behind why they did it makes sense and meant they were listening to me when I talked about future reno projects. They said they would install the more expensive pieces when I do those floors, which I absolutely plan to hire them in the future for that too! Excellent work from O'Connors!!

Their customer care, Sales Staff, measurement and install technicians are the best! They freely offer guiding advice and did an excellent job from start to finish, plus any correctional work needed. I had carpet and vinyl planking installed and I could not be happier. Go with O'Conner for all your decorating needs. The only regret I have is, we should have had our new countertops done by them too. This is a great local company for all your remodel and decorating needs.

What an amazing team of people to work with. You get what you pay for- I couldn't be happier with the quality and install of our redesigned home. Definitely a wide variety of options for many types of flooring.

We had tile put down and O'Connors sent Trent Jones Tile to do the work. Trent is one truly great guy who knows what he's doing. Very polite, courteous and professional. Any future flooring needs we'll be calling him!

Excellent job of laying tile flooring at our church. They are meticulous in the details ... from ordering to prepping the floor to the installation, everything went smoothly. We've used them before and will continue to do so in the future.
