Extremely unprofessional staff with zero working knowledge of sewer lines or which neighborhoods are connected. The guy they sent to my property was fresh out of high school, did not i troduce himself, and started digging in random places without knowing what utilities were underground. When I asked if he was concerned about hitting electrical or gas, he shrugged as if it was not his problem. When I had concerns over the service charge, I was met with extreme profanity and threatening language from Mr Oswald that he would "show up" and that "I was going to see". These people are nasty and do not care about you nor your home. Stay far away. That is $110 I will never see again.

Recently had these folks do some maintenance on my septic system. Showed up in a timely manner. Issue resolved without any added expense. Local folks that care about the client.

OCR did every thing that I asked for and more. They cleaned up around the site and leveled the surrounding dirt. Very easy to work with and professional. I am satisfied with the complete job. I would gladly recommend this company.

First time working with OCR today and I couldn't be more pleased. The level of courtesy, professionalism, and transparency is next-level.I spoke with them at around noon, and within an hour they were at my home and diagnosing the issue. By the afternoon I had a brand new pump installed. Highly recommended!!

our septic system was backing up and not pumping out. Called OCR and Mr. Rebert promptly returned my call and came out the same day. The pipe on our pump had cracked and he replaced it and pumped out the sludge and rebuilt the aireator and cleaned up the area before they left. very pleased with his work and i recommend him if you need this type of service.
