Really disappointed with OCS. We contacted them in the Spring to provide a flooring quote for our newly covered patio. The concrete pad was very stained and miscolored from use over the years. We do a lot of cooking, grilling, deep frying on it. My wife clearly explained that we needed a patio floor cover option that would look nice but most importantly be very repellant to cooking stains, oils and grease from grills, etc. Otherwise we'd just be in the same situation in short order. OCS subsequently suggested a concrete overlay that would be sealed and would repel whatever got on it. That's what we went with based on their recommendation. Phenomenal. Hard working men, on time, hustle, don’t disappear for 2 hour lunches, and the finished product looks even better than the photos. I took my neighbor back to show it to him, and he thought it was wood until I told him it wasn’t! I cannot recommend them any higher!
