Octagon Cleaning and Restoration

Great service and pricing. Michelle cleaned the carpets at the chamber of Commerce office and did a wonderful job. She was friendly, thorough and a great communicator. It was a pleasure working with Octagon and their entire team .

We got an estimate through a few different places and while they weren’t the cheapest, they were the most professional and responsive. Technician Michelle came out to do our mold remediation and she was very detail oriented and time efficient. Will definitely use them again if we have any other needs.

I am very pleased with the service we received from Octagon. From the start, Jason was very involved, professional and able to address our concerns about evidence of mice in our basement and crawlspace. He designed a plan to deep clean both spaces, removing any lingering odor and purify the air. Michelle and Tim were an efficient and thorough team, and I would heartily recommend them and this company.

We had Amber from the Barrington office here on September 23, 2025 for water damage related cleanup and she was just amazing. Communicated with us on every step and performed the work in an excellent manner. She also cleaned up thoroughly when she left. Highly recommend her and will ask for her next time we use Octagon.

Kitchen flooded, I called Octagon and they were in my house in an hour. Amber and Michelle were VERY clean and professional. I didn't have to lift a finger and they cleaned up, got me dry and ready for the next step! Steven help organize everything with my insurance, again I had to do very little to help with that as well. 10/10 would recommend!
