I called and told them I needed fill dirt to fill in my in ground pool. Gave the person the measurements she told me how much I would need. I placed my order online and when it was delivered I found out it is no where near enough dirt to fill in the pool. Told the driver what I was doing and he figured out I would need 5 more belly dump trucks to get what I needed. I’ve also called another company and the cost will be almost half what they charged me. Three days after the delivery they charged my account for another $635.80 didn’t contact me to tell me what it was. I called to find out they told me it was the delivery charge because it took longer than expected. Their website states delivery is included in the price. They refuse to refund the extra amount and refuse to provide a breakdown
