Odis Brown Heating & Cooling

Odis Brown just installed a new Bryant/Carrier HVAC system in our unit. The team of five did the installation in about five hours +/- and were professional, careful and courteous. They were led by Jeff who sold us the system. He is the best HVAC person of the many who have done work for us over the decades. I’m sorry I didn’t write down the names of the others who did exceptional work.

Great service and quick response . Our compressor went bad and they handled all the warranty and I just had to pay for labor and new freon. Highly recommend and our technician was very professional and thorough . He checked everything to be sure it was the compressor . Can't thank yall enough for getting us back up and running asap

The best HVAC comps I have ever used! Phone personnel extremely nice , professional and willing to schedule around my schedule. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Tech called as asked to inform me on the way. Tech was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional! Tech was Matt. Use Odis and ask for Matt! You wil not regret!

When our HVAC went out they responded very quickly and provided me options. I decided based on the units age (17 years old) that I would get a new one. They then provided a quote and when I accepted they got the unit and installed it the next day. We were only without our system for about 36 hours total. That was from the the time we noted the problem, contacted them, had a technician evaluate the problem, and a new unit installed. Everything they did was very professional, honest and fair. We will always use Odis Brown for any HVAC maintenance in the future

Very helpful. Responded quickly. Was able to get current system operational although because our system was 15 years old we decided to go ahead and order replacement. Once ordered they were able to come out and install the next day. Very professional and informative. We have used Odis Brown several times over the years and have always been 100% pleased.
