We hired O’Donahue Contractors (Brendan O’Donahue) for what was supposed to be a beautiful first-floor renovation — the most significant investment we’ve ever made in our home. Brendan promised a 5–6 week project starting in March 2025 and said he personally handled all finish work. Nine months later, the project remains unfinished, and what was completed was poorly executed. We paid over $111,000 of a $120,000 contract, and Brendan simply stopped showing up and stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails. He abandoned the job with about $8,000 worth of work incomplete. Brendan the owner, always has great suggestions when I have a “vision” of what I want done whether it be a bathroom renovation, outdoor work, etc. Him and his employees are always very kind and they get the job done in a timely manner!
