We asked Matt to make a built in cabinet with shelves for our living room. Matt visited and worked with us on a design. He then prepared a rendering of what he would build. As I was researching everywhere trying to find a vanity that had what is called a knee drawer, which is basically a space to sit between the sinks, I was striking out. So I googled woodworkers in Charleston and came across Odyssey Woodworks. From my initial call, Matt the owner, could not have been more kind, helpful and accommodating.. He built a custom vanity made of oak to my specifications, installed it, and the result is exactly what I envisioned. The doors and drawer are all soft close and there is so much storage space. Matt sold me the pulls too at an unmatchable price. He takes great pride in his craft and it certainly shows. Matt was always available by a phone call or text and reasonably priced as well. We had a tricky situation trying to conceal a washer and dryer in a very tight space. I sent Matt pics of what I THOUGHT might work, and he made it happen! I had reached out to a few other cabinet makers and they either didn't want to take on a small-ish job, they didn't return calls at all, or their prices were too high. I'm happy I found Odyssey! Matt's a great guy providing quality workmanship. Alex was the installer and he was awesome! Even came back out to tweak a few things after the quartz installation. Will definitely use Odyssey again! (a few before, during, and after shots - still need to paint the walls and accessorize).

Matt Brown and crew have once again outdone themselves! Matt designed and installed cabinets doors for a kitchen renovation a few years ago and did an awesome job! More recently, the doors were showing some wear and Matt took them to be redone. They were reinstalled today and look brand new! I can’t say enough about Matt and “G” who reinstalled the doors.
