Tom was absolutely amazing to work with. We gave him a picture of what we wanted and he made the picture real. He's a hard worker and cleans up, very punctual, and honest. Tom answered on the first call and was quick to respond to my repair request. Had the job wrapped up same day I called him even though it was late afternoon that I reached out to him. 100 % recommend Officer Fix It for all your repair needs!!!

Did the job he was supposed to do and it looks great. Only reason for the 4 star is his cleanup afterwards. After he left all three locations had to be scrubbed and swept up. I’m sure if I had said something he would’ve cleaned it up. He seems like a nice man. But I shouldn’t have to be put in that awkward position to have him follow me around while I point things out though. All in all he did good and the price was good.

Everything Tom did for us was top notch. He was always on time and finished the work in a timely manner. He stained our back patio, replaced the light in our laundry room, and drywalled several areas in our house. Thank you Tom and Noah!!
