Recommended by my A/C contractor. As a consumer, I would also recommend. While there have been multiple issues with items in stock, The front office staff did their best to get me the unit I wanted. And they even agreed to hold the unit for my contractor to pick up. I did have to go in person in order to pay for the unit, but other than that it was a very straightforward simple and easy transaction. The Carrier unit they sold me works perfect and they even offered to help me register for the 10 year warranty. If you’re in the market for a new air conditioning system, it doesn’t hurt to pick up the phone and give them a call they are actually quite pleasant and can answer many of your questions; including how many tons you may need and if a higher seer efficiency rating would be benefic
