Sad customer service. Never watched two guys sit on there asses. And just point to bricks. For a sale. Shouldn't matter how many bricks your buying. To be treated as a paying customer. On top of not trying to help you match up a similar brick.very unprofessional.

Hi, I just wanted to share what happened with us as family! We ordered from the store on Hartford pavers to do patio on back of our house, we got 3 deliveries. 1st & 2nd was professional delivery with big truck parked outside and delivered to our back driveway with little truck no issue. The 3rd delivery was Huge truck went on driveway and brake it! When he leaves i let him to leave on grass so not making more damage on asphalt of my driveway! But was bad idea because the grass went down too! Anyway we told the office what happened and same driver came back and measured and takes pictures so we thought all set they will fixing. Unfortunately wasn’t! we have to contact manager and was arguing at the end they said we have business insurance for incident like that! So we contacted them insur

If you want a company that doesn’t damage your driveway, don’t request any service from O&G. My family and I requested stones and pavers to be delivered to our home. They damaged our driveway upon delivery. Due to us signing a waiver, we’re unable to get any support of the damage at all. What type of workers do you hire? Any proper training? Is it ad-hoc? Hope for all customers to sign the waiver? Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Mark was instrumental in selecting the Boston Blend stone for our home (including the granite caps). He came out to the site multiple times, suggested design ideas, and collaborated great with our homebuilder.
