I'm extremely upset and frustrated. I installed a new bluestone path in March and came to your store specifically to get guidance on a safe cleaning product because I have no experience with bluestone. I stressed that I needed something that wouldn't cause damage. I was assured that 'Get Rust Off' was a safe choice. However, I used it as directed, and it has completely damaged the path. I 100% relied on your store's expertise, and the product recommended was entirely unsuitable for bluestone as it has oxalic acid.

We were planning to put a patio in our backyard and went to O&G for ideas. The showroom was amazing. We met Ed who went over the different types of material we could use for the patio. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Ed was very informative when we were ordering the materials. The prices were very reasonable. The materials were scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. John who delivered the materials was friendly and a real pro unloading the materials on my driveway without damaging it. In the future if I need any stone or masonry supplies, I know where to go for great advise and excellent selection
