Ogburn Concrete Leveling & Resurfacing

Great service from beginning to end. The project was fairly priced and completed on time. Madero (spelling?) and his crew were totally professional and he and his main assistant were there everyday. We called Ogburn Construction this past October after seeing all the positive reviews about their concrete refinishing services, as we were looking to refinish our old concrete porches in getting our house ready for sale. Communication in scheduling the consultation was very good, and the Ogburn representative, Brian, arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and PATIENT - we asked him lots of questions - and never seemed in a rush. He also delivered the quotes for the products we were interested in when he said he would (we only had to wait until the next day). He also never tried pressuring us into a sale and seemed genuinely interested in understanding what we needed so as to help us find a best-fit solution for our particular situation. Aaron came out today to give us an estimate for leveling the concrete floor in our garage. We found Aaron to be super helpful, explaining in layman's terms what needed to be done. He was friendly and personable, but professional....no strong arm salesman tactics. We are going to get a second estimate, as we have been taught this is always a good idea; however, we are hoping we will be doing business with this company. They do have a price match guarantee.

We recently moved into a new home in chesterfield and had to redo our driveway to stay complient to our HOA bylaws. Ogburn was the only company we could find to do aggregate cement in the area. We got a quote back in June and was told that our driveway had to be between 6-8 inches where it connects to the road and tapped down to 4 inches up top to be within code. I checked after work was done and the depth of the pour is only 4 inches. They also had forgotten to put in horizontal expansion joints for our driveway and just cut one out with a saw. They had to redo one of the 4 quadrants so now I have an expansion joint on the right that is 1 inch wide and the left is 1/4 of an inch. The quadrant they redid has quite a lot more of stones visible compared to the rest of the driveway.

Ogburn provides Excellent customer service. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. Aaron was on time and a true professional. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. Everyone I dealt with was just absolutely great. I feel more at ease about my driveway especially after this ice storm and knowing the builder did not seal our driveways. I highly recommend Ogburn!!
