OGD Overhead Garage Door

I received prompts service by two very polite and courteous young men. Isaiah and Benjamin did a fantastic job with repairing my garage springs that had busted and the motor to it. I was explained what my problem was and how it was going to be repaired. They told me what the price would be and gave me a warranty on the work that was performed. They got the job done right and in a very short time. My garage is running better than it had been. I’m so thankful to them for coming out to fix it. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

From my initial phone call on a Saturday late morning, to my garage door spring being completely fixed was less then 24 hours. Isaiah went above and beyond. We agreed on a very fair price for the torsion spring and cables being fixed on my door. He not only replaced these items but replaced bearings, bottom rollers and corrected the poorly prior installed opener motor corrected the drive belt, installed a stiffener bracket on the door since it was tearing. All in all I’m very satisfied with my service. And they responded to my request faster than the three other companies I contacted.

The technician that came out to our home to repair our garage door was very nice and helpful. His name was Chris. But for the amount of time spent doing maintenance and the repair work I thought it was a bit too high.

I would not recommend doing business with these people. Waited all day to find out they were not going to show up in the first place, even after agreeing to pay the $59.00 tech fee to drive to us. We needed a garage door, needed help picking out a door, measuring a door. We were and are passing for a new door, the whole works and no one showed up.

Got me in the schedule and fixed so quickly, even in the thick of holiday madness. The equipment provided was better than I previously had and everything works so well now. Highly recommend!
