Service guy was very nice but the installation of my new garage door opener was not professional in my opinion. Wanted to leave wires strung through the garage vs tying into existing wires or even pulling the wires through where old wires were. I stopped the installation and had someone else come finish the job.

I made an appointment for them to arrive at 10:30 AM. They showed up at 3 PM. Though I told them what I needed, They showed up without anything. So I told him what I needed. He told me how much it would cost and I cut them a check And they said they would be back the next day. Didn’t show up for three days. Started job and discovered that they didn’t have all the parts. When finally completed they said they misquoted and I owed another $2800. Most of the time the doors don’t work and jam. Worst corporation I have ever dealt with.
