OGD Overhead Garage Door

I'd been having problems finding a reliable garage door opener company and came across OGD and fortunately they came the next day and I finally have a replacement overhead door opener 😅. The quality of the service call was very good. The knowledge of the tech. was very good. I felt for a service call that lasted forty minutes the charge was excessive. I also understand due to current conditions....primarily the current administrations effects on prices...tariffs...inflation...companies have had to jack up prices just to stay in business.

Very speedy service. Called and was scheduled the very next day. Tech showed up on time and serviced the doors. The price was reasonable although at another property of mine it was cheaper for the same service.

Ernest was prompt and did outstanding work. He could almost tell me the story of something that was damaged or out of alignment. Fixed numerous problems and only charged me for the maintenance service. Also recommended the correct lubricant for the coils. I had been using the wrong one. Definitely worth the maintenance visit. Professional, friendly, and answered any questions I had.

We called when our garage door spring broke and they were here to fix it 4 hours later. The servicemen was punctual and polite. He knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable and had all the equipment he needed on his truck.
