OGD Overhead Garage Door

Overall, I was not particularly impressed with the service. While the initial estimate and inspection were completed quickly, the process after approving the repair became increasingly problematic. We experienced longer-than-expected arrival times for parts, and communication became less frequent. Even after the parts arrived, our service appointment was pushed back an additional day. To further compound the issue, one of the newly installed components failed just ten days after the repair was completed. (see photos of tiny failed self tapping screws holding on very heavy duty garage door bracket part of $3k+ dollar repair) We initially had difficulty getting a response to our calls, and once an appointment was scheduled, the technician did not show up. Spent over $3k on a new garage door that was,later to be found, installed incorrectly. When reached out to OGD to make them aware, they did send a technician out but then wanted me to pay for labor. Are you kidding me!!! I had already paid another company to fix the problem that you created! I will be reporting to Better Business as well as any other social media outlets. I will give you 5 stars for the best example of Poor Customer Service

Service technician was great, very detailed and explained everything. My updated motor is very quiet, love the features of the new motor. Very punctual arrived on time and cleaned up and disposed all trash.

Our first appointment was rescheduled for the next day. It was worth the wait. Our service technician was wonderful. He was nice and explained everything to my husband.

The service and promised time of arrival was great. I had two doors replaced in 2021 and was disappointed that an overhead spring broke so soon. Springs are only under warranty for twelve months. Still, would recommend this company.
