100% recommend We have purchased carpet from them twice now and I can’t say enough good things. The salesman is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He answered all of my questions and I could tell he was genuine and honest, he didn’t try to push me to purchase anything I didn’t need. I really appreciate that they show their prices as the total cost of carpet, padding, and installation. I feel this is a very honest way of doing business, they don’t try to hide fees and costs. The carpet we got is very affordable and high quality! We absolutely love it! Definitely recommend! Absolutely worth it!

Chris at Ogden Flooring was amazing to work with. He was prompt to come out and determine our needs, and his installation crew were skilled, worked quickly and were professional. The crew removed the existing carpet and hauled it away and removed and replaced the floor boards for a very reasonable price. I recommend this business.

We recently purchased new carpet from Ogden's flooring and design because we bought our previous carpet from them and had a nice experience. In having the new carpet installed the installers left a black grease mark in one of our bedrooms. We called and they instructed us to try to clean it, so we did and it didn't come out. They said they would have their installer come out and try to clean it for us. We set up an appointment and the installer never showed up. We called to arrange another appointment, the installer called and cancelled the day before and told us he would call back to schedule another day. He doesn't call just shows up at our house randomly, thankfully I was home. He tries to clean the stain and it doesn't come out so he tells us he has to patch the carpet. This carpet is
