O'Hare Blue Sky Parking

I would not recommend parking at this facility. They damaged my passenger mirror with no response to emails and phone calls. The estimate for getting this fixed is almost $1900. When I left the facility my seat was moved all the way forward. After fixing the seat and drove away, I noticed the passenger mirror was off, so I adjusted it with the controller. Shortly after that on the highway the mirror itself started to wobble a little. Then it got worst and had to pull over to not loose it. There were fingerprints all over the mirror that weren’t mine as I had it washed a few days before dropping off.

Arrived Saturday (1/24) and returned on Tuesday. They were recommended by a local and did not disappoint. The service two and from O'Hare was easy, prompt and exactly as advertised. After a long day of travel coming back, they were there and made getting back to our car very easy; fantastic! The car was upfront and waiting; again, very easy. There were no added fees. As advertised - $25/day indoor parking - four days - $100. Exactly what they said. So refreshing to have a first time experience with them go Exactly as expected. Great job to you guys and we'll use you again in the future! Highly Recommend

I strongly recommend not parking at this place. My wife tried to reserve a spot online and it wouldn’t let her so I called and they said there was plenty of space just come in. The price online Feb 20 was $219.00. After I arrived and park my car I asked for the price and I was told inside $25/day and outside $19/day. Fine well I get back Feb 28 the price is $243.00 and the attendant told me prices went up on Feb 20 and the workers didn’t know. So you have people working here and they don’t know what’s going on fine I’ll accept it even though I don’t agree with it. But what I can’t accept is something being stolen out my car. My USB cord was not in car and when I went back in the attendant told me I misplaced it. I never take this cord out my car for no reason at all. We went back and forth

We will definitely use Blue Sky again for parking around O'Hare. It was easy to find and very close to the airport. The shuttle was ready for us as we arrived to the parking facility and upon return to O'Hare, the shuttle arrived quickly to pick us up from the airport. Our car was ready at the exit and remote started so it was warm when we returned to the lot. Checking out took ~2 minutes. Very fast. A great place to park.

Avoid this place at all costs. They keep your keys when you drop your vehicle off and move it around while it is in the lot. When we picked up our vehicle, there were scratches on the wheel, and it was covered in poop. I brought this to the attention of the attendant. He said I must email the supervisor who was not there. Two weeks later I have called and emailed a total of 6 more times, and they have yet to respond.
