Tom and Mike provide great customer service. I just was able to put my alternator on that Tom built for my Subaru Impreza this weekend with no issues. These guys know what they are doing.

1st, I do not ever write reviews because generally speaking, I don't believe in them. There are too many sponsored reviews and fakes out there. I am an incredibly demanding client who has ZERO patience for incompetence. My experience with Tom and his people has compelled me to write a review. So believe me when I tell you that these guys have been giving me excellent long lasting perfect service since I was in high school back in early 2000s. I have bought 4 separate custom alternators, And only just recently had a issue with one. 1st time in 4 vehicles. We had 2 discussions on the phone, And within 4 days I had a brand new regulator shipped to my mechanic. They took into consideration my loyalty and did not charge me for the part even though technically it was probably out of warranty
