Ohio Stump was great! My son called to get an estimate, he came over, took a look, gave a quote and came back the next day to do the job. Reasonably priced, efficient and did a great job removing 7 evergreen bushes from my back yard. Thanks so much Ohio Stump!

Great experience with Ohio Stump. Josh showed up with his equipment the day I called but I was not available to give the go ahead. No other company I called was nearly as responsive. He came out again soon and his price was fair and the job was done before I knew it. He also did a great job going deep to get the stump roots out of the bed I was preparing and cleaning up. He gave me some advice that probably saved the plants I was putting in...that the evergreen wood chips likely would make the soil too acidic so better to wait to plant or replace soil around plant. They came out - did a great job on some stumps at my home. They accidentally cut a wire to my landscape lights. The contact there took accountability and said they'd get someone out right away to fix it. They never showed, then started ignoring the text messages. I then put something on facebook about this scenario, and they blocked me. Not exactly what i would call great customer service and trustworthy.

I had plans to cut down a big maple tree in my back yard and decided to hire Ohio Stump. They had the lowest quote. First off, I'd like to put that I've never seen this company's work so I can't bash on their work. But what I can say is that their communication skills are terrible. Josh told me the best way to get a hold of him is through text. After I told him he got the job after waiting from a few more quotes I never heard from him again (texted 3 times) Again, I'm not bashing his skills which are probably really good. I just hope they hire some office personnel to handle the communication.

Thanks Josh from Ohio Stump my wife and I are extremely happy with the work he did at our house I will recommend him to everyone I know. his machine is very impressive he was able to get thru our side gate that was 36 inch wide his tracked machine left no imprints in our lawn. very professional and clean up was next to none!!!
