I had a wonderful experience with O&I. I do real estate and I had a client get quotes for repairs from another source, O&I was not only half the price, but they actually found items that didn't need repaired and were super honest with us. Also, the office manager Miranda was amazing to coordinate with. Kind and prompt attention to all details and scheduling. Will definitely be using them from now on!

Don't bother to call anywhere else, O&I was fabulous! They were the most reasonable company who provided bids and quotes - significantly less expensive than the other 3 vendors. The person on the phone was exemplary, easy to communicate with and the company as a whole was most professional, efficient and courteous.

Needed our septic tank pumped out. Was able to schedule an appointment online, which was convenient. They replied by email and text confirming the appointment. He was a little late getting there and apologized for being late as his first appointment took a bit longer than expected. I know how that can go, so not a big deal. He got right to it. As he was pumping the tank he also had a mixer to chew up the sludge so it would suck out better. Ran a garden hose up the inlet pipe to wash it out and had me flush a toilet to make sure it was clean. I’m going to install a pvc baffle on the outlet end, even though the concrete one looks good. Phone call was made to O&I as soon as Elliot septic called back saying they were no longer in business. Elliot recommended O&I. He was earlier than expected but I was happy about it. I needed a shower. I was afraid my septic would back flow. He was very experienced and got the job done in a timely manner. As I looked at all they do, wow. Not just septic tanks. I will have O&I back again. Thanks for coming out on very short notice
