I can’t say enough good things about this oil company. I called when I was almost completely out of oil and was pretty stressed, but they came the very same day, which was such a relief. The owner's daughter was incredibly nice and helpful on the phone, and really made me feel taken care of. The owner was just as great, friendly and professional. It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive and genuinely nice from start to finish. I’m so grateful for their quick service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

After my former oil delivery company disappointed me several times, I tried Oil Heating Specialists and wow, what a difference! I had run out of oil (partly because my former oil delivery person had given me faulty information about my gauge) and with temps in the teens and twenties, I needed somebody fast and reliable. Megan on the phone was friendly , organized and reassuring. "Foot," the driver, was knowledgeable, a problem-solver, and clearly devoted to customer service. He gave me correct information about my tank and gauge which will be very helpful to me, and went into the basement and re-started my boiler. This company is beyond amazing! They came out on the weekend after Christmas and showed up within hours of calling, when we found out our house had run out of oil in freezing temperatures. They went above and beyond with their service by making sure the boiler was primed and working properly, preventing damage to our new home while we were away. I would recommend them to anyone in need with their professional honest services, great customer care and reasonable if not cheap prices. They deserve 6 stars!!!
