Top notch customer service. Troubleshot my fridge issues over the phone without even coming out and gave me an honest ballpark and recommend it makes more financial sense to purchase a new fridge than for him to come out and fix mine. Not many owners try and walk away from income. Will be using this company for all future issues with my appliances.

Joseph came out to assess my dishwasher door (unable to close) and my washing machine. He was prompt. Joseph immediately diagnosed the issues. He quickly obtained new parts and was able to fix the dishwasher problem. His honesty about the final assessments of the washing machine was greatly appreciated and gave us great advice.
