Ok Jim's Lawn Care Services LLC

I’ve been using Ok Jims’s for over a year now, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been frustrating. They often fail to show up when scheduled, requiring me to constantly follow-up. Most recently, I agreed to pay an extra $40 for the removal of some low-hanging branches, which were supposed to be hauled away the same day. Despite paying promptly, the branches were left on my property, and they never returned to pick them up. They have ignored all my messages since, leaving the job incomplete. This lack of reliability and poor communication has been a consistent issue. It’s disappointing to have to write this review, but I feel others should be aware before hiring them. I would not recommend Ok Jim’s based on my experience.
