The person who came literally could hardly speak English. It was so bad he didn't understand what he was there for, and left before inspecting the HVAC system. I didn't bother to remind him because it was clear it wasn't going to be a good experience. They also have some weird non-local phone relay system. Just avoid them and go with people local to the community who understand trailers and park models, etc.

What a professional company. They advised me that they were running late and kept me up to date as to the time of the arrival of their technician. Will, the technician was very courteous and pleasant and efficiently conducted the annual maintenance service of my A/C unit. He showed me an area of mould growth which was obviously impacting the quality of the air flow into the house and recommended a UV air purifier that would stop this. This company installed the A/C unit about 5 years ago and have given sterling after sales service . I thoroughly recommend this company, Thank you Will, for doing a great job today.
