Since I (David) was the one that selected Oklahoma Generator over other competitors. My wife pretty much left this up to me, I would like to thank Oklahoma Generator for their professionalism, communication and organization. At first, I was leaning towards one of their competitors but as I started working through the details, I changed my mind and decided on, Oklahoma Generator and I’m glad I did. Very clearly communicated the problem and fix. Chris and team found the cause of erratic starting (overcrank) UPON WALKING UP TO THE UNIT and quickly remedied it. The cause: a poor install by a HVAC company that does installs for a big box store. This generator has had more than 30 visits over the course of 3 years by the original installer (under warranty) with no resolution or idea of the cause. Oklahoma Generator are the real experts!

Have a 10year old Generator that was purchased from another company. Reached out to Oklahoma Generator to do routine maintenance and service. Technician Chris was absolutely awesome, very knowledgeable and super polite ( and btw found out a US Veteran.thank you for your service) he serviced my generator, ran a test and everything is working perfectly Highly recommend Oklahoma Generator!!!

Dylan and Matt came out and did some great repair work on our generator. However, what is really appreciated is this team in very in touch and gives attention to my generator needs more than I have gotten with 4 other companies in this area. The team is awesome and friendly. Not to mention the ready assistance for any support needs. Oklahoma Generator is definitely a GO TO in the generator field. They really show care in their work.
