Had a shop poured last month and the process was great. Two guys mixed and one drove a dump buggy. Would have given 5 stars but when paying at the end on a tablet with my card, the driver asked for a tip. In construction, I’ve never heard of a delivery guy ask for a tip. I hit 15%and the tip came out to like $180!!! I was prepared to tip like $20 each. I think tipping on construction sites shouldn’t follow the normal tip structure like restaurants or barbershops. The company should tell their employees not to ask for tips. What if I poured a whole house? Would the tip be $1000? Absolutely not. Was a little annoyed after the fact. But I’m glad the delivery guys got to enjoy it- they did a good job.

I am extremely satisfied with Oklahoma Mobile Concrete. I needed to get 6 yards of concrete about 400ft back into the woods and was searching for a concrete company that could help me with that. Mike came out and looked at where I needed to go and told me it wouldn't be a problem, only it may take an extra hour and a little more of a charge which I had no problem with. Chad an Tyler brought the concrete and a small concrete buggy and I had 6 yards of concrete back in the woods where I needed it within an hour and no extra charge. We were scheduled for concrete at 12:00 on Saturday but was called to be told that the truck broke down & they'd get back with us to see if they could still get to us that day. We decided to wait since the earliest time they could get to us was 5:00. We were disappointed but understand life happens & it was out of their control. They offered to come on Sunday. They arrived 20 minutes early & even helped with running our buggie. Thank you! Our concrete expansion out back is amazing!!!!
