(In Cranberry Twp.) Called around 10 different electricians and companys and only had about 3 pick up the phone and Okot was one of them. I spoke with Philips from Okot on Wednesday about installing 4 GFCI outlets in our business/office restrooms so we could install electrical automatic faucets to replace battery operated ones that have been on the fritz and not working consistently. We were in a time crunch as we had guests coming to the office the following week. Philips scheduled an appt for the next day (Thursday) to check out the situation and provide an estimate. The estimate seemed high to me, but I also don't know the going price for these things and it seemed reasonable for the short timeline we needed it done by. Jake was our electrician and he went above and beyond to make sure our living room light was not only functional, but SAFE! There was a technical issue in the switch itself, and he took the time and patience to figure out the problem. Then he fixed it/replaced it right away so not only the light would work, but it wouldn’t spark or trip the breaker anymore! He also installed bathroom sconces for us in record time, and even made sure we had the right bulbs for it and put them up right away. 12/10

I am very pleased with the service I received from Okot. The appointment was easily scheduled. Texts and emails to let you know who is coming and what time. Jake was very helpful and gave us advise and several options for the repair, which was quickly completed. Very professional. I will definitely be using Okot for future projects.

Okot Electric is hands down the best electrician in the Pittsburgh area. Trust me, I know because I've dealt with many on residential projects in the area. I called them for a rush fixture swap while out of town and they had a quote sent to me in no time and scheduled my emergency light fixture swap immediately! Frankie was super professional.
