EDIT: They finally answered my call and actually showed up to an appointment. The repair looks as I assumed it would, but I was astonished when the employee told me to clean up his mess and vaccuum up the fibers as he was leaving. Still sticking with my initial review of saying stay the heck away from this place. It's unfortunate they are the only local business that will do repairs. 9/22/17: I have set up three appointments (two in fall of '16, one in fall of '17) to get a small tear in our carpet fixed. I can't rate their work, because they've failed to show up to every appointment I've scheduled, and never followed up with a courtesy call or apology.
