They installed a spring quickly for a good price. A separate problem arose in connection with the installation, and the owner solved it quickly and satisfactorily. A particular shoutout to the front office personnel who helped out when the dispatched teams had already gone home. We have used them multiple times over the years and always been happy with the results.

Excellent Service! I called this morning for a broken garage door Spring. I was met with friendly voice on the other end who had a service person at my house just after 12. He was efficient, fast and best of all fixed my door. He even went the extra mile to grease my other door and springs and the price was very reasonable! Couldn't be happier! Thanks Old Dominion!!!!

Outstanding experience. Old Dominion originally installed our garage door 15+ years ago. The spring finally broke. Called this morning at 8am and at 10am the spring was replaced, adjustments made, and lubricated. Call them. You won’t be sorry.

This company Installed the doors on my shop and has serviced the same door and it has never been right. The door creeps down and is hard to keep up on its own. Old Dominion Doors has been out at least 5 times, charged us each time and has not fixed the issue. When I called last week I was basically laughed at by the man on the phone. He told me he'd send someone out soon. Not a peep. I will not use them again.
