Old Dominion Flooring arrived on time and worked aggressively on the project. The tile removal proved to be more challenging than is typical so the project extended into a 2nd day. They coveted everything in the home area with plastic to minimize tile dust throughout the house, and cleaned throughout the day. The flooring looks even better than anticipated. I highly recommend Old Dominion Flooring.

Working with Old Dominion was a frustrating experience. They refinished and stained my existing floors during a renovation, and while they look great, they were the wrong stain, which became evident when a repair to the stain was needed. A repair man came out to look at how the repair stain dried, and was shocked at the difference, admitting the floors had two different stains on them, and the repair was the correct stain. After trying to get the situation handled, the owner came out to the house and said "it's not that bad" and doubled down that the stains are the same, it's just mixed differently, despite a repair man saying differently, and despite the cans from the original stain and the repair stain being labeled differently. The owner did not like being called out on his dishonesty,

Old Dominion always does great work. They replaced all hardwood in a client’s house with gleaming new red oak floors and brought a bidding war and happy new owners. Everyone that came in remarked on how good the floors look.

We just had our bedroom floor done to match our living areas. It matches beautifully and you cannot see any difference in the new and the old because there is no seam. From the sales team to the installation, everything went smoothly. They installed two days early to avoid the impending snow and ice storm which was much appreciated.
