Old English Chimney Sweep

Had a service call appointment, was told there were holes in our liner, that it would need to be replaced. When trying to get a quote for a new one or for the photos that were taken to submit for our lifetime warranty, never heard anything back. Left several messages and not once received a return call. Had a second opinion done in the anticipation of needing a new liner to be told that it didn’t need replaced. So I paid to have a service done that was never actually done, and I’m still stuck cleaning my own chimney after paying over $200 for nothing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND If I could give zero starts i would. I had a first appointment- They didn't show up or call to say why. I left 2 or 3 voicemails after the missed appointment and they went unanswered. I get a random text message a month later asking if I would be available the following day so it seems like someone cancelled and they would hope I was still looking.. When I asked why they didnt return calls or voicemails over the past month, they didnt have an answer... We set up another appointment.. Guess what.... No call and no show. I left them a voicemail and text message asking what happened this time.. their response was as laughable. they said parts of the driveway was covered in snow and they didnt feel safe. it snowed 1-3 inches today over the course of 5 hours Forget t

Called this business, promptly had a return call. Ron looked at the job, estimate in a few days. Him and his assistant, Blake have been on site, two very professional men. The chimney is going up and it looks great. Give them a call

Does great work! Very thorough cleaning of the chimney flue and inspects all parts of the fireplace each time.

The only reason this company has a low rating is because getting in touch the first time takes a bit of effort. Once you are able to make contact everything else was great. I always worry about having men come to my house but as soon as I met this man I knew he was “good people.” Give them a shot :)
