Old First Parking Garage

I park my car here monthly, and I almost always have a good experience here. I always feel like my car is in good hands. There have only been a couple of times when it took the attendants a long time to bring out my car: one time was when I hadn't driven it in a long time so apparently they had it parked behind several other cars that needed to be moved first, and the other time was when there were a lot of other drivers parking their cars and picking them up, so we just had to wait. If you're worried about having to wait, I would call ahead early and ask them to prepare the car. They'll bring it out beforehand and make sure that it's ready. This was the perfect spot to park in this area. Walking distance to House of Prime Rib, and Polk street. Pricing is different for the size of vehicle that you own. The workers parked my car for me, and had it available when I was ready to leave. Will definitely be parking here again next time I'm in the area.

Be wary of parking your car here, I left mine overnight and they scraped the front. Of course, they denied any responsibility or wrongdoing. Wish I had listened to the bad reviews!

My friend got a flat tire in this garage and they also lie about their pricing. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Never parking here

Please stay far away from this garage. The previous 5 star reviews are from employees. Let’s start off by saying the employees are rude and will overcharge depending on what they think is a fair price. Sometimes even up to $60 to park for 2 hours! (Halloween weekend) Your car will be abused and even damaged if you park here. They also take smoke breaks without washing their hands and then go back to driving cars. Gross. I’ve seen them constantly rev engines, slam on the breaks to screech tires, and park cars so close together causing chips and dings. If you have to park here due to no other choice, take pictures of your car when parking and take a good walk around.
