Old Mill Mechanical Heating

After paying for a maintenance contract for nearly two years, we had a heater issue. Old Mill sent their technicians, charged us $700, and still didn't fix the problem. When we brought in another company, they resolved it quickly—and showed us just how filthy our HVAC system was. So I'm out about $1,000, and it's as if Old Mill never touched the system. Terrible service, top-dollar pricing.

The guys showed up to do a complete system replacement today and it went very well. They gutted the interior mechanical room and gave me some time to paint it while they went to get additional supplies and turned what I thought was going to be a two day adventure into one. I could not be happier with the results! Clean, fast, and caring wrapped up in one experience. These guys are the real deal do not hesitate to use them! Thank you to the entire team.

I called and left a message and Chris, the owner, called back within the hour. He had a tech here the next day, and the tech was AMAZING! We have had nothing but great experiences with Old Mill.
