I was extremely nervous hiring a company I found on the internet as I usually go by word of mouth, but I am not disappointed! We are over an hour away from Raleigh and they still were willing to give us a fair price and service. Their good prices did not let us down - the crew that came to do the work, Paul and Wilbur, were fast, efficient and extremely kind and helpful! They truly went above and beyond. They were also very knowledgeable not just on how to build a fence but regulations and property rules we needed to be aware of (distance from neighbors fences as an example). We are extremely happy with the outcome as well as how fast the process was from beginning to end. I cannot say enough positive things about the Christmas tree, light design, and installation from this company! This is the second year I have used them. And, I will continue to use this company in the future! They have come out immediately to replace bulbs, repair several lights that blew off during a heavy wind and all of this within one day! Their price is over the top competitive as I checked many different providers! Their communication is 10 out of 10 their crew is courteous, polite, and skilled! Simply stated….. They are the best! I found Old North online and was able to get an AI visual of what my house might look like with their lighting just by typing in my address. That was very cool, and I was immediately intrigued! So I filled out the contact form and was contacted within MINUTES - by an actual human being, not a bot! We had a conversation about what they offered and how it works (I'm purchasing the product to own + paying for installation and then getting the installation done at half price for future years. I am delighted with Christmas lights and wreaths on my house. They did an excellent job with putting up the lights and were very respectful of my property. The large lighted wreaths add the finishing touch at night. All my neighbors have commented on how beautiful my home looks.

Incredibly kind staff and hard working crew. I inquired about lights being hung for the holidays and Old North responded almost immediately.
