Old Smokey's Fireplace & Chimney

Fantastic experience. Andrew was professional and friendly, and he did a thorough and excellent job! I had another company come and do the maintenance/cleaning of my fire place a few years ago and they didn't do 1/4 of what Old Smokey's did. Thrilled!

They were very thorough With cleaning our gas fireplace and putting it all back together. They cleaned the glass on both sides, looks brand new.Alex was very professional with everything and the paperwork. A very happy customer!

We have been customers of Old Smokey's for a few years and they have always provided excellent service. We have had positive experiences with every encounter (on the phone, at our home, etc.). Today the technician went above and beyond! While he was inspecting our chimney, he noticed an issue with our roof that we were not aware of, and this issue had absolutely nothing to do with the chimney. He sent a video he took of the roof to my phone so we could see it firsthand. Because he pointed this out to us, we were able to get in touch with our contractor and will get it repaired before any major damage.
