We did a full scale master bathroom remodel and we are thrilled with the results! Our contractor Brian was amazing and answered any and all questions throughout the project. He even made us a spreadsheet for price comparisons and specifications on the fixtures we liked which made it very easy to make choices. Sean and Jeff were friendly and did a fantastic job building and installing. They cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of every workday which I loved. Bee was also friendly, wonderful, and did a beautiful job on all our tile work. We will be hiring them again to renovate our kitchen and other future renovation projects.

Concrete patio: I used to do this type of work back when I used to be younger and physically able to (disabled now). I found the business field guy to be very professional, but also very human. Never any pushing, or bait-n-switch, just good business practice. I'm very familiar with concrete work. My patio (demo and replace) was done by their crew of tremendously efficient and focused members. Again, I'm very familiar with what it takes to do this work. I was absolutely shocked, envious, and in awe of how hard the crew worked together and even taking several additional measures to assure the job was done (too many extra steps to list here), even checking and cleaning my gutters to assure any unexpected precipitation would not cause an issue; like, who does that??!!! A great job all around on our sliding door installation (cut a big hole in brick, installed sliding door). Very good communication -- we went back and forth several times and refined the details until they matched perfectly with what we wanted. Mark was very patient and responsive, and offered great technical insight during the planning process. Execution of the job was quite thorough, and they did a great job containing dust. The crew was extremely friendly and easy-going.

I had OTC install a walkway with large stones about three years ago. Today they are literally falling out and the stuff between the stones is washing away. I was told "it was bad mortar* and asked to pay $800 for them to come out and redo it. Buyer beware.

Old Time Conctractors just finished an addition and covered porch to our home. Mark did a wonderful job of listening, designing and modifying the job. The crew of workers did superb work. The crew was professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. They say you get what you pay for. We are very satisfied with our addition and cover porch.
