Contacted Old Town Pavers to reinstall patio, which was originally installed by another company incorrectly. Lance explained entire process and costs in accurate detail. Patio reinstalled with Hardscape porcelain tiles perfectly. Project was executed efficiently and flawlessly. Patio is beautiful! Lance Wheeler was our salesman and project manager in the recent renovation of our pool. He was attentive to detail from beginning to end and stayed in constant communication with us and his team. We encountered a supply problem with the coping pavers. Andres, the owner, got involved, and together with Lance, they came up with a creative design that resulted in a sleeker-looking spa and prevented a potential 6-12 week delay. This business is first class, solid, and customer-centric. Their teams are hard-working people who have many years of experience dealing with porcelain pavers (Roman).
