Brad and his team did an excellent job completing our chimney repairs and we are very satisfied with the finished project. I highly recommend Old World Chimney Sweep!

Old World Chimney Sweep own website asked me to choose 3 possible appointments, they confirmed one 3 weeks out, which was fine. As I want contacted, I called the day of the appointment, they called back 15 minutes later and said they called and cancelled the appointment. The only phone was my cell phone, did not happen. I will find a different chimney sweep, this company does not appreciate my time nor business.

From the first contact with the office to the two gentlemen that completed the job I was treated with kindness, respect and honesty. I would highly recommend this company for all your chimney and fireplace needs and I would definitely use them again.

The guy was very nice but when we had a problem they accused us of working on it to which we did not and wouldn’t even think about it so as of this day we still have no fireplace been 1 1/2 years it was faulty wiring it is so obvious the wires were burnt so I have a beautiful fireplace that will not be fixed not happy with the company
