Updating my review to say after several complaints, the owner has personally reached out and taken an interest in our job to help fix some messy stain work. It shows integrity and care when an owner comes personally to right a wrong, and promises to follow through with his employees.

We had our 30 year old wood floors redone and they are lovely! I couldn’t be more pleased . It is a hassle moving out and we kept putting it of . Finally did it and I was amazed ! The staff was prompt and friendly - great communication when I had a question and concern . Almost embarrassed to show how bad our floors had gotten - they look amazing now . Thanks for going such a wonderful job! Would highly recommend !

We just had a great experience with Old World Floors. Our living room hardwood floor had to be torn out and replaced. This required two more adjoining rooms to be sanded and stained along with the living room. Old World was very efficient and stuck to their schedule, which was given to us well in advance (delivery date of wood, when new floor was to be installed, etc., ). Once the work began, I received a phone call each day regarding details for the following day's work. One of the managers, Craig, even came by to help me pick out a stain color for our kitchen, which was a separate project from above. I almost hated to put our furniture back because the floors were so beautiful. Old World did a terrific job!! Lisa T.

The representative was very nice and professional. The workmen did a great job. In the process they broke the glass on my lower oven. That was in February. They have not been able to find a replacement for the glass, and now they are reluctant to stay in contact. That was in February. I still have a broken door in July.

We recently had a water leak and had to have our hardwood floors replaced. We chose Old World Floors to do the work and they did not disappoint. Our floors are even more beautiful than they were! The crew was easy to work with and quick to address any concerns we had. They installed a product we will be proud of for years to come. Thank you Old World Floors!!
