I just had Andrew from Old York Heating and Cooling come out to do my seasonal furnace tune-up, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Setting the appointment was quick and easy. Andrew arrived on time, was professional, and paid great attention to detail throughout the service. He clearly explained what he was doing and gave helpful recommendations for keeping the system running smoothly. On top of that, he left the work area cleaner than when he arrived - which is rare and much appreciated! Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be calling Old York Heating and Cooling again.

Old York replaced the roof top unit at my business. They did an excellent and fast job. The price fair and the process was simple.

We contacted Old York Heating & Cooling to find out why our Geo Thermal wasn’t working to produce heat. They were prompt and came to our home the next available business day. Randy, from Old York Heating and Cooling, was able to locate the issue which required a new fan motor. Even though our Geo Thermal is over 20 years old, Old York was able to locate the part and have it installed in about a week. The service cost and repair were reasonable and comparable to previous service repairs from other vendors we have had on our Geo Thermal. Our heat is now working and we were satisfied with the repair. We will certainly be using Old York Heating & Cooling for future maintenance of our Geo Thermal.

During the coldest week of January, with -4 degree mornings, our 1st floor furnace decided to shutdown for unknown reasons. I contacted Old York Heating & Cooling and spoke to Lisa. I explained our situation and she dispatched the service manager, Randy who happened to be in the area. Within 15 minutes, he arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. Turns out the safety switches near the heat exchangers tripped and killed the power. After further inspection, the unit was clogged pretty bad and became a safety issue.
