The worse service ever seen. They deserve less than one star. The guy at the reception or front office don't care about the customers. Makes you wait answering phone calls, answering emails or talking with other staff. They don't realized that a physical person(client) is the most important thing in the house. A person visiting you guys is a potential customers. I don't recommend this place.

Never will I ever use this company for my home projects again. I first waited 4 weeks on the first load of stone to come in and needed one more box. I ordered that on December 3rd and was told 2-4 weeks.It’s now January 20th and the stone hasn’t come in. I’ve emailed weekly for answers and today they said they’ve lost track of their trucks and are not sure when my stone would arrive. Just talked to the manager there and ironically now I can pick it up in 2-3 days. I never write reviews like this but because of this I’ve had a two month hold up on completing my home remodel and selling my house.

If you need brick or flat stones to go on a wall or mailbox post, this is the place to get them.

Be aware of this company!! I went Thursday 09/21/23 and bought a pallets of stone ledge . After I get home I notice they give me the wrong coor selection. When I came back on Monday 09/25/23 and explained to the front desk what had happen , he told me that if I want my original selection it was 300 dollars more . And if I want a refund , they charge 450 dollars . I alway check the reviews before I buy anything and I really trust this company , but they don’t care about costumer service at all .

If you are looking to beautify your home with stone this would be a great place to shop.there is many colors and styles to choose from.the showroom has many displays and samples to take home.the clay pavers are beautiful and such a wonderful way to enhance the beauty of your home with curb side appearance. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable.
