Oldcastle Infrastructure

These guys are awesome, and always willing to help a DIYer work through some problems, or give us a red dot to get a project done on the cheep. They are a little slow, as they are focused on big contractors, but they are friendly and help you get your project done!

I don’t know what’s going on with these guys today. The front office took far too long to find the company and job information. After everything we tried it turned out being listed under the first two pieces of information I gave them. After that I spent about a half hour in their yard looking/waiting for a fork lift driver. I guess if you’ve gotta work with these guys plan for a lot of extra time more than you anticipated or hoped to spend. Kinda like when you’re going through airport security, except these guys aren’t invasive.

I wish I could give this company a zero stars. They are very rude and lack communication skills. I was on a phone call to talk about a "rode hazard" (the persons own word) by the end of the call he told me to f**k off. He currenttly avoids my calls and won't do anything for me.

Terrible customer service! I’m a contractor and they never answer or help with any questions. If I had a choice to not work with them I would. But the company I contract for uses them. Terrible And RUDE

One of the greatest places to work. I would recommend the services of oldcastle also, great customer service and great quality products.
