This company gets a 100% from us, which is hard to come by for any home project. The communication from estimate to end of project was prompt and informative. Owner, Todd, is very knowledgeable which shows right away - he took time to understood our project and style and provided flooring samples better than anything we could have found on our own. We had most of our home refloored as it was previously carpeted. His crew was friendly and efficient and always left the house clean at the end of the day. Using Olde Savannah Hardwood made this process so easy as we were still living in the home with kids and pets. We scheduled our project with Olde Savannah Hardwood Floors about a month in advance and planned a 5-day vacation around it. We met with Eduardo and Juan on Monday to choose the color and sheen; our original 1986 floors were worn and yellowed, so this was a big refresh. Finishing by Friday at 3pm was critical since we were returning with our older dog and a 12-week-old puppy, and they met the timeline exactly as promised—something we truly appreciated. One small correction was needed and they came back the very next morning to fix it. Todd Norman was professional and easy to work with, pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. We were looking to update our flooring and Olde Savannah Hardwood Flooring was recommended to us. Todd and his crew did an amazing job with our new floors. I purchased a townhouse in the historic area that had been damaged by a punctured sprinkler system next door. The owner put down a cheap plastic floor in order to mask the damage instead of repair it. Tod ripped up the plastic, repaired the sub-flooring, and installed 1400 sq feet of red oak, which he stained with Minwax Golden Oak and sealed with several coats of satin polyurethane. The result exceeded my expectations. It was what I consider a reasonable price for the job and I have received many compliments from visitors. Tod has many good connections around town and I also hired him as a general contractor to remodel my daughter's bathroom. I specifically want to mention his tile installer who did some magnificent work. If I knew how, I would post pictures.
