I recently hired Andrew Perkins, owner of Olde Tyme Service, LLC, to paint the interior of my home, install new flooring in my kitchen and bathroom, and add chair rails and boxes in the hallway. From start to finish, his work exceeded all expectations. What impressed me the most was his integrity and attention to detail. He took the time to point out issues I never would have noticed—things he easily could’ve just painted over or ignored to save himself time. He maintained a seamless progression from demolition to completion. Every aspect of the project was thoroughly explained and at the end of each day a spotless cleanup was done! Andrew and his crew came highly recommended from neighbors. We needed the outside of our house painted and they did not disappoint! The care Andrew has for the work he does is second to none. After seeing great results on painting the outside and fixing water damage with the clapboard, we hired him for other jobs in our house. EVERY JOB he does (painting, outside repair, drywall, ceiling work, etc.) is completed as if it were his own home. To top it off, he is flexible, communicative, knowledgeable, and PRICED FAIRLY.
